The Process probe refractometer PR-23-GP provides an accurate on-line concentration measurement in large pipes and various tanks and vessels. 

•      Dual transmitter: one indicating transmitter can be shared by two PR-23 sensors.

•      The full measurement range of nD 1.32-1.53 (0-100 Brix).

•      Accuracy +/- 0.0002 refractive index nD, corresponding to ± 0.1 % by weight.

 •    Fast temperature measurement (6 seconds) and automatic temperature compensation by mathematical curve.

•      Particles, bubbles or color changes have no effect on the accuracy of the measurement. 

•      All sensor optics in a rigid patented CORE-optics module.

•      Digital principle: the calibration will not change with time; once the sensor is calibrated to desired range, there is no need for recalibration.

•      Effective heat transfer and isolation using Teflon® and ceramics in the sensor provide safe operation also in higher process temperatures (max. 130°C/266°F).
