Dr. Marino Müller Systems AG develops, manufactures and markets systems for gas analysis in different application areas, such as flue gas measurement, inerting control systems, safety monitoring of oxygen in hydrogen, biotechnology monitoring and other process applications. Customers include large Swiss and foreign pharmaceutical and chemical companies, and Universities and academic institutions. Flue Gas Measurements:
- Installation of a zirconoxide based Oxygen Measurement in the Flue Gas of a Chemical Waste Incinerator (Ex Version)
- Installation of a zirconoxide based Oxygen Measurement in the Flue Gas of a Chemical Waste Incinerator
- Installation of a zirconoxide based Oxygen Measurement in the Flue Gas of a Landfill Gas Incinerator
- Installation to measure the oxygen content in the flue gas of three burners, using three paramagnetic analysers. Hazardous Area.
- Measurement of O2, CO and NOx in the Flue Gas of a Chemical Waste Incinerator, to control ammonia injection into a DeNox system and to assure compliance with Clean Air Legislation.
- fluegas measurement in a thermal power station on 9 large boilers (O2, CO, SO2, NOx, Dust Loading, Temperature, Pressure and Gas Volume), with data link to the control room and the district environmental authority.

Safety-Monitoring of Oxygen in Hydrogen
- Monitoring of residual oxygen in the Hydrogen-Channel of an Electrolysis installation; with Perma Pure Drier
- Monitoring of residual oxygen in the Hydrogen-Channel of a Chlorine / Mercury-based Electrolysis installation (since replaced by Membrane Technology).
- Monitoring of residual oxygen in the Hydrogen-Channel of an Electrolysis installation, with Perma Pure Drier.
Biotechnology Monitoring:
- O2, CO2 and Ethanol Exhaust Measurement of a Biotechnology Vessel, Hot Box Version, built by Servomex Systems Division.
- Installation as above, but for the cycling measurement at 8 Fermenters, for the measurement of O2 and CO2, built by Servomex Systems Division.
- O2 and CO2 Exhaust Measurement of 4 Biotechnology Vessels, Fermenter selected by hand valves.
- O2 and CO2 Exhaust Measurement of 4 Biotechnology Fermenters, Hot Box Version, controlled by a customer- provided Labview System.
- System to sequentially measure Oxygen and CO2 in the exhaust of up to 8 Biofermenters; under Simatic control. Output data is provided for display and recording on a PC and on Industrial Ethernet.
